The list of IP addresses is available upon request from Sippy Support by opening a ticket.


As part of routine support activities, Sippy will connect to sippy switches, media relays and associated KVMs that are hosted on the clients network.


We only connect to these systems from a set of well known IP addresses. 


Clients that operate their own firewalls must also add these IP addresses to their firewall permit list in order to allow Sippy Support staff to access the Sippy systems or associated KVM systems on the clients network.
