1. Copy SSL private key into /usr/local/etc/apache/ssl.key/ssp.key file. The key should be without a password.

2. Copy SSL certificate into /usr/local/etc/apache/ssl.crt/ssp.crt file.

3. Make sure both files owned by user root and have 600 as their permissions:

root# chown root:wheel /usr/local/etc/apache/ssl.key/ssp.key
root# chown root:wheel /usr/local/etc/apache/ssl.crt/ssp.crt
root# chmod 600 /usr/local/etc/apache/ssl.key/ssp.key
root# chmod 600 /usr/local/etc/apache/ssl.crt/ssp.crt

4 Restart Apache web server:

root# /usr/local/etc/rc.d/apache* restart
