During regular security testing we have discovered a vulnerability to your root password that is provided to you after the initial installation of your switch. As a standard practice we encourage our users to change their default passwords. Those who have not yet done so are encouraged to do so without delay. This is a simple procedure that will help maintain the security of your business operating on the Sippy Softswitch.
This security vulnerability was corrected as of May 26th, 2017. If you have installed your soft switch after this date you will not be affected by this issue.
