The feature described on this page gives to a customer the ability to manage pages/permissions of his own sub-customers.

Each sub-customer may also see and manage the permissions for their own sub-customers only. 

Case customer's page is empty (eg sub-customer isn't created yet) the "Permissions" page isn't visible.


The "Permissions" page can be navigated via the main menu:

Once page is opened, a web user may see the default permissions for the list of sub-customers on own level:


The permissions table has the following columns:

  • Customer Name - the name of customer for whose permissions could be updated.
  • In columns "Accounts"/Customers/Tariffs/Vouchers" there are a few options for the permissions management:

            "+" - grants the permissions to create the corresponding entity for the selected sub-customer.

            "e" - grants the permissions to edit the corresponding entity for the selected sub-customer.

            "-"  - grants the permissions to remove the corresponding entity for the selected sub-customer.

  • System Mgmt- grants permission to manage most of pages that the root customer sees. So even sub-customer of the 3rd level may see most of pages that root customer has. Except some key functions of a root customer, like API/Permissions/Users etc.
  • Assign Own Tariff - grants permission to add own tariffs by the sub-customer. 
  • API - grants permission to use API by the select sub-customer.
  • DID Pool - grants permission to use the DID Pool page for the selected sub-customer.
  • IVR Apps - grants permission to use IVR applications page for the selected sub-customer.
  • ASR/ACD Reports - grants permission to see the ASR/ACD reports page with the report for own accounts or sub-customers.
  • Cards Mgmt - grants permission to manage the credit cards data.

    Case Cards Mgmt permission is revoked from Customer, neither he, nor any of his sub-customers nor accounts of the Customer are able to open Debit/Credit cards menu. Cards that were previously added are not deleted but they are not available on Make Payment page for selection, customer can only do the payment if he enters all card details.

  • Share Payment Procs - grants permission to see/manage the Payment Processors for the selected sub-customer. The existing payement processors aren't inherited to sub-customers.


Once the needed permissions are selected the button "Set" (last column) should be pressed to apply changes for the selected sub-customer.
