How to set DID

Hi,


Would any one be kind enough to explain the process of setting up a DID in sippysoft and then assign it to a specific account. Also, I want to display that number to the outbound calls going through a different vendor. How would i be able to do so. I am in the learning stages of this switch and I couldnt find much documentation in regards to it.Can someone please walk me through the process. I have taken some test DIDs from callcentric. But I havnt been able to make it work through my switch.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, 


Click on DID Pool --> ADD >> Type the DID number >> Assign it to Account number from the list and click save.


When the softswitch sees the call coming to the DID number which you have defined in DID pool then the call will be routed to the account assigned to this DID.
