Hi,

I have created some account with voip user name as full mobile numbers now calls to that number are classified by switch as on net calls and even if we logout from app.

We are getting message as user unavailable.

If some one have had this issue how to resolve it. 

I also tried to delete account completely but number still classified as an on net user name and unable to call. 

The reason of such behavior might be related to stuck on-net cache. Please escalate this issue to your system's owner and we will be happy to resolve it.
