Is it possible to have a separate sort for 'calls cancelled by caller' in 'Show Call Records'? They show with all 'errors'. These are not an error to us. 15% of our calls are 'cancelled by caller' and showing them as errors make it difficult to see actual errors. With the addition of 'calls cancelled by caller' now we have to download all CDRs and sort them for real errors. It would be great to be able to see errors on line so we can deal with them more quickly.
Perhaps a separate symbol in the call detail column for these types of calls could work. This way we could easily see what is going on.
