CNAM with caching and billing customer for queries

Would love to see the ability to turn on/off CNAM querying for DIDs, and also have the option to bill the customer per CNAM query. And of course, just like LRN, we should have an option to cache the CNAM records for X number of days, and continue to bill the customer for the queries even if they are cached.
Simple HTTP get script. opencnam.com is pretty popular, and their get method is similar to most other CNAM providers.
