Support Team,

In the ASR / ACD report, Could you please include an option to choose by Country/ escription (just how we have in the Summary Report)

This would help us to find out stats based on Country / Description / Prefix).

Hi Vasu,

We've have received this feature request from a few of our customers. I think this would be a very useful feature and we will start the development efforts on this shortly after our 5.2 Sippy Softswitch is released to production. We hope to deliver this feature in 2019.
